Home of Hope is proud to introduce The Living History Program. The Living History Program is now offered at the Home of Hope graciously because of Sheila Brune, RN, MS, CPHQ. The Living History is quite simply a story about you! It is a history of who you are and YOUR life. Please contact us and let us assist you in telling YOUR story. Please call to set up an appointment for your time to tell YOUR story!
Skin Care with Cancer- May 15 1 pm @ Home of Hope-Skin care can be something we can forget to take care of. If it's dry or cracked it can cause us unnecessary pain. During cancer, your skin can be easily susceptible to different harmful elements. Join us May 15 at 1 pm @ Home of Hope to learn some skin care
techniques to help your skin feel protected.
Art & Music Therapy May 22 from 5-6:30- Expressive psychotherapies are the use of the creative arts as a form of therapy. Unlike traditional art expression, the process of creation is emphasized rather than the final product. Join us as Client Services intern Kelsey Boyd incorporates art and music therapy to help you
learn new coping strategies. Family and friends welcome!
Moving Forward - May 29 @ 6 pm @ CGH "Moving Forward" Cancer Survivorship Panel. Get advice and questions answered by medical professionals on concerns for post-cancer treatment life. Learn about followup care, fear of recurrence, long lasting side effects of treatments, nutritional and diet needs, and physical activity
